This motor is compact and lightweight and comes equipped with the short 15-inch shaft, manual start, tiller steering and full forward-neutral-reverse gears with twist grip throttle. Mercury 4 hp models feature an integrated 1-liter fuel tank for real portability. External tank connection is standard which makes adding an external fuel tank and line quick and easy. The outboard motor stand that you see in the picture is included with the motor.I acquired this motor with a boat and have never used it. I started it this week with fresh gas, and it ran terrific. The previous owners said it only had about 5 hours runtime and was used on a dinghy with sailboat (in fresh water). I kept it in dry storage until pulling it out for sale.
